SAND PRODUCTION QUALITY CONTROL PROCEDURE
LUMPS QUALITY CONTROL: –
- Initial inspection of the Lumps on arrival at factory
- Processing of Lumps through “Stone Washing and drying System”
- Sorting of Stones for Chip Production and Sand Production on Sorting Belt as under: –
- Sorting of stones for Sand Production and Chip Production as per above table
- Final Inspection of Stones (-)25mm for processing in Sand and Chip plant and Crushing
- Sieve Test through Gyro Screen to provide accurate size of production
- Filling of Sand Production and Chip Production in Jumbo Bags
- Final Testing of production size with Sieve Testing Machine and preparation of Sieve Test Report. A sample bag upto 100gm is kept and allotment of Bag id (Bag Number)
- Weight Checking
- Packing of Jumbo Bag with Pallets, Hard Board, and polyethene wrapper.
- Final checking of Jumbo Bag packing and transfer to Ware House.
